FAQ
1. Where do I meet my Chauffeur at the airport?After you claim your bags and you call us we will tell you exactly where to meet your car at that time. If you ordered a bag meet the driver will meet you inside next to your baggage carousel. This can only happen in terminals one and three.
2. Do you offer any discounts?
We do have a corporate discount if picked up from your office. We also offer a 10% senior discount for ages 65 and older.
3. How can I get a copy of my receipt?
From your driver or the office can email you a copy
POLICIES
Reservations: must be made no less than 24 hrs prior to the date of pick
up.
Cancellations: must be made 3 hrs prior to your pick up time. Without
prior notification it may result in full rate charges.
Baggage pickup rates are an additional charge of $30 includes driver coming inside, baggage cart, and parking the car.
Car seat/ booster seats are not available and we are not responsible to hold yours until your return due to safety regulations.
Late night/ early morning fee of $25 in addition to the fare between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 4:00 A.M.
No show and cancel on arrivals: failure to cancel a trip in accordance with the cancellation guidelines will be subject to a full fare charge, wait
time, gratuity plus all applicable fees and taxes.
